During the authentication process, if JW finds the items to be inconsistent with its description, you will be notified immediately and automatically issued a refund. Refunds takes 5-7 business days time . (Please refer T&C).

All items purchased on our platform go through our verification process. The gemologists provide a Verification Certificate, which is sent to you along with your purchased item. (Please refer T&C).

You must have an account to list an item or ask any questions. If you are getting an access denied page that means you must be logged in first.

If we determine that the item is not as described, we will contact the buyer and let them know the results. you as a buyer then have the option to still take the item, receive a full refund or negotiate a different price.

The gemologist who checks your item will look at the items listing ad and verify that all the details match the sellers description such as colour, clarity, carat weight, metal type, etc.

Both the seller and the buyer will be kept updated about their transaction through email.

Your order will be delivered to you within 10 business days after you make payment.

If you change your decision to purchase, send us an email support@jewelwaale.com within 24 hrs. Include the code number of the item in your email.

At present we do not have a return policy. We shall come up with the Return Policy as we expand.
