All items purchased on our platform go through our verification process. The gemologists provide a Verification Certificate, which is sent to you along with your purchased item. (Please refer T&C).

If we determine that the item is not as described, we will contact the buyer and let them know the results. you as a buyer then have the option to still take the item, receive a full refund or negotiate a different price.
The gemologist who checks your item will look at the items listing ad and verify that all the details match the sellers description such as colour, clarity, carat weight, metal type, etc.
Both the seller and the buyer will be kept updated about their transaction through email.
Your order will be delivered to you within 10 business days after you make payment.
If you change your decision to purchase, send us an email support@jewelwaale.com within 24 hrs. Include the code number of the item in your email.
At present we do not have a return policy. We shall come up with the Return Policy as we expand.
All prices must be formatted properly. You can only input numbers and a decimal point. Please do not add commas, rupees signs or any other symbols or text into the pricing field as you will receive an error message.
Unfortunately, you cannot change the category you listed your item under unless you redo your listings.
We approve all listings prior to their being published on our Marketplace. Either your listing has yet to be approved or it has been rejected. Please allow 1 business day after you submit your listing for approval. If your listing has been rejected, you will receive an email with an explanation.
You will receive an email with a link to renew your listing once it is about to expire. Please click on this link.

If your listing has already expired, simply go to your account and open your listing history. There is a renew link. Please click on that link.
Once your item passes our secure verification process, your payment will be credited to your account in 7 business days after that.
