Browse
Browse through the JW Marketplace to select an item of your interest. You can check the description of the item.
Once you find something of interest, simply click, “Add to Cart” to either continue shopping, or proceed to checkout. By proceeding to checkout, you will be directly connected to our secure payment page.
Purchase
Once you purchase an item, it will be picked up from seller's place and authenticated within 5 business days.
Your payment will be held in escrow by JW until the item is received and authenticated by our team of expert gemologists.
Authenticate
You will receive a notification e-mail when the item you've purchased has been received by JW.
You will receive a second e-mail when the item has been authenticated.
Delivery
Once authenticated, we will deliver the item to your address.
During the authentication process, if JW finds the item to be inconsistent with its description, you will be notified immediately and automatically issued a refund of full amount within 48 hrs.
Please be aware that facilitating transactions with Buyers or Sellers outside of the secure JW platform may result in fraud.

Create Account
Registering to list an item on JW Marketplace is FREE. All you need to do is create an account. Only if your item is sold will you be charged a commission.
List Your Item
List Your Item at an appropriate price that will help you in quick sales. If JW finds that the price you have listed is not appropriate, JW will help you to provide estimates and get confirmation before your listing gets LIVE.
Each new listing will automatically expire after 45 days. If your piece has not sold during the 45 day period, you can renew your listing FREE of charge.
Check Your E-Mail for Offers
Remember to regularly check your e-mail for offers or questions from prospective buyers which will send by JW to you.
As soon as your item(s) has sold on our Marketplace you will receive an email confirmation.

Receive Payment
Once we recieve the item, we will get it authenticated by a team of certified gemologists within 2 business days and deliver to buyer. Payment for your sold item minus Jewelwaale commission will be credited to your account within 5-7 business days after authentication.
